Hi,
I want to make 3D mesh structure by rotating 2D structure 90 degrees. However, to make the unstructured mesh structure 3D with rotate pointwise, I need create a new line just below the mesh structure and then use that line to make it 3D (You can see it below "Rotation_axis"). However, when I do this, something like the image below occurs around the rotation axis (new_image). Will this affect my analysis? Normally my boundary condition in that surface would be symmetry. Should I apply the same boundary condition to the new surface formed here? Thank you! |
