Hi, Currently I am doing my research in continuous casting process. I plan to develop a computer model for analysing this process. It will include the solidification process (Stefan Problem) and also the turbulence effect inside the mold. I use FASTFLO as my finite element software (you will be to download the demo file from www.cmis.csiro.au/fastflo). I will be very happy to discuss this topic since I am still trying to solve the N-S equation with the energy equation and the latent heat effect in my model. Looking forward to heat from you.
