Hi, I will to know temperature and velocity distribution in room. I use Ansys5.4 How to define time step on that case.
How to modeling porous media on Ansys5.4 Thanks, Denny |

Hi Friend,
Please to describe clearly the problem or the system to be adjusted. I think, you can generate the model about heat and mass transfer in your system, and the momentum equations. After that, you must solve the equations generated by the solver, or you can make the source code yourself by Fortran 90 Code or Matlab. It is easy to analyze the problem by the source program that developed. Thanks |

In order to know temperature and velocity distribution in room, you must generate the model (heat and mass transfer + equations)and make the source code, it's so easy. you can contact me of you have problems

i don't think ANSYS Flotran (I assume you're usiing Flotran) allows for unsteady simulations for fluids

Hi I agree to the Mr. Mehdi's comment. It is easy to solved by developing the heat, mass and momentum transfer, then generate the source code to compute it. After that, you validate your model parameters by the experimental data, and then you can simulate it for the other variables. Thanks
