chloe0043 is on a distinguished road
In Ansys fluent theory guide, it is described as follows.

- the mixture and Eulerian models are appropriate for flows in which the phases mix or separate and/or dis- persed-phase volume fractions exceed 10%.
- Flows in which the dispersed-phase volume fractions are
less than or equal to 10% can be modeled using the discrete phase model described in Discrete Phase.

but I want to use mixture model with volume fractions 1%.

In this case, I want to know whether using the mixture model leads to a wrong interpretation. (Because my model uses a mixture model, but the volume fraction is less than 10%.)

Please advise on how to make this decision.
thank you.
