I have made a simulation by using reynolds stress (LRR model) for turbulent flow in a compound channel. My modelling seems to be corect but I have just faced a tiny problem which I dont know how to fix it, my secondary flow vectors in the boundary sides must be zero but Vectors are available and they are not zero, I have used no slip conditions for walls. Does anyone know what should I do to fix it?

I don't think you can avoid secondary flow if its present. No-slip condition only assures you that the walls are solid and stationary, they don't guarantee no generation of vortices.

There must be zero secondary vectors on walls, as you can see vectors surpass the boudnary walls which is wrong, I dont know how to fix it.

Okay I get your point now. Those vectors actually aren't penetrating the wall or surpassing it. They just point to the direction of secondary flow very close to the walls.
This is just a kind of a error in graphics, and not any error in your calculations.

Well, but I have done the post processing with another software such as tecplot and the results were same.

Yes, like I already said that it is not an error in your calculations. For an example, I have attached two images from my project and I am using CFD-Post. In the first, you can see vectors popping out of the wall, even though they shouldn't. This is simply because of the length of these vectors. Scale them down and they'll become smaller.
In another image, you can see an outlet where the vectors are seen going out of the outlet, even though that shouldn't happen. This is simply because the velocity at the outlet is represented by those vectors and since vectors have some length they are bound to penetrate walls or surpass outlets.

But I have scale down the vectors and still they are available out of wall.

Yes, they won't actually disappear, they only become smaller. If you zoom in you can still see them. Rest assured, you can go on with your solution.
