Hi Everyone,

It's been two days, I am searching for a dedicated compilation of experimental results for NACA0012 airfoil for high Reynolds number (of the order of 6) to compare my computational result.

If anyone is having any pdf or any web links, please share them. Your help will really be appreciated.

Thank You !

I think I have seen it in the book "THEORY OF WING SECTIONS Including a Summary of Airfoil Data" by IRA H. ABBOTT and ALBERT E. VON DOENHOFF. I've checked the book just now there's the data for compressibility effect within Mach number 1+

I'm surprised that you haven't found the papers by Ladson yet...

The following paper gives extensive data for NACA0012 at Re of order 6:

-Harris, C.D. Two-dimensional aerodynamic characteristics of the NACA 0012 aerofoil in the Langley 8 foot transonic pressure tunnel, Tech Rep NASA-TM-81927, NASA, USA, 1981.

It is advised as the most accurate work when considering wind tunnel results for NACA0012 by Mccroskey:

-Mccroskey, W.J. A critical assessment of wind tunnel results for the NACA 0012 aerofoil, Tech Rep, NASA-TM-100019, NASA, USA (1987).
