Default Taylor microscale by using autocorrelation function

Hi,

I have auto correlation function which was created with exceel sheet . I need to find taylor microscale from this graph . I know the curvature of function at t=0 gives the micro scale . But I dont understand how I do that. Which procedures I need to follow to find this value? Thanks.
