I have 100 cells stacked on a fuel cell, each cell generates 100W of heat, how would could I in theory model the thermal behaviour of the stack, assuming it is in equilibrium with its ambient under steady state.

Second, you would get more help if you at least attempted the problem and told us what you were stuck with.

i think since this is a heat transfer problem. I would need to model it as a convection model. is this correct ?
