Please find the following papers to get work about Turbulent Heat Transfer Cavity Flow in 3-D :

(1). Y.S. Tian, T.G. Karayiannis, Low Turbulence Natural Convection in An Air Filled squares Cavity. Part I. The Thermal and Fluid Flow Fields, Int. J. of Heat and Mass Transfer, vol. 43, 2000, pp.849-866. (2). Y.S. Tian, T.G. Karayiannis, Low Turbulence Natural Convection in An Air Filled squares Cavity. Part II. The Turbulence Quantities, Int. J. of Heat and Mass Transfer, vol. 43, 2000, pp.867-884.

and the following paper may be help also: (1). Wei-Mon-Yuan, Hung-Yi-Li, and David Lin, Mixed Convection Heat Transfer in A Radially Rotating Square Duct with Radiation Effects, Int. J. of Heat and Mass Transfer, vol. 42, 1999, pp.35-47.
