Hello everyone,

I've designed different axial fans on CFTurbo via ANSYS Workbench. It is my first time on this and i am not an expert.

I have axial fans with 8 blades or 6 blades. After i design fans, i apply mesh on Turbogrid for only single blade passage via Workbench. Unfortunately, when i decrease axial fan's number of blades such as form 8 to 4 or from 6 to 3, i get Negative Volume errors in Turbogrid. I've tried to change so many setups on Turbogrid and added more layers between hub and shroud but i could not solve the problem. For 8 or 6 number of blades i am not getting this error.

I searched lots of post on internet but i could not find a solution. I can not fix the problem and not move on my analysis for a month because i have no experience on CFTurbo and Turbogrid before.

Thanks in advance for answers.
