CFD Work Contract Template

Can anyone be kind enough to share work contract template for CFD Consulting work. The firm is paying for the license & the workstation. I have to manage a project for a firm, which should last 3-6 months. Thanks a lot.

You know, this is sort to open to whatever you feel necessary to put in. If you want to ask for your clients soul if they don't pay in time, well, go for it.

In general, however, it is good to actually cover your back for any possible third party influence or doubts about whay you will do. For example, we give clear schedules for the delivery but also clarify that the clock stops running when we ask for feedback on necessary inputs. Also, the final deliverables are always clearly stated together with all the additional requirements that would need a separate payment.

Clarification on when payments are due is also necessary.

In the end, we are typically in the position to give a lot away for free, but we like to be a..holes on paper, because you never know.

Just pick up whatever contract template you find online and adapt it to your needs.

Sometimes you need to comply with certain rigid procedures on the other side, so you might want to include details on data treatment etc.
