Hey,
I'm currently working in the field of Aeroacoustics and will do some investigation on a radial fan soon. I would like to display the sound pressure on the surface of my geometry. To add an additional value for the analysis of sound sources I would like to establish a kind of "BandFilter" which excludes the generation of sound pressure which isn't part of the chosen band, meaning just to include frequencies in the investigation which are part of the band. I found this paper published by Rebecca Schäfer in 2020 -> https://www.mdpi.com/2624-599X/2/4/40/htm . The post processing step I'm looking forward to do is shown in figure 16 and 17. The researcher did this by using intern functionalities of "Poweracoustics" by Dassault Systemes, which I am not able to use. My question is, is there any way to reproduce this post processing scheme in Matlab ? Do you know some keywords to search or publications governing this topic? Would be a pleasure if anybody could help out. Greets and Thank you |
