Hi all,


I need to validate my CFD methodology used by comparing its performance to experimental results for a volute centrifugal pump without a diffuser (it's actually for a slurry pump, but a standard centrifugal pump is fine to use). Unfortunately, I do not have experimental results for the pump geometry I use in my studies and am having difficulty finding any cases where both CAD geometries and experimental results are provided.


Does anyone know of any repositories of centrifugal pump CAD geometries with experimental results I could use? Alternatively, if no such repository exist, do you know if there are any cases I could use for this purpose?


I have already investigated using a CAD repository, like GrabCAD, but the centrifugal pump geometries there do not have experimental results. I have also seen the ERCOFTAC centrifugal pump impeller OpenFOAM case study online (https://www.openfoamwiki.net/index.p...vaned_diffuser), but this geometry is for a diffuser and impeller combination without a volute, so is not suitable.
