I am using solidworks flow and i want to create a pump curve of a propeller pump with high flow and low head. what is the principal way of creating a pump curve using CFD?

Just run a bunch of simulations with different operating conditions. You can sweep the pressure head and calculate the flow rate from the CFD or you can sweep the flow rate and calculate the pressure head, whichever you prefer. Then you plot the data of pressure head vs flowrate and that's your pump curve.
