I am currently looking for experimental data on a fully developed 2D channel flow. Are there data for downloading available or are there any results published in literature? Thanks in advance.

hi,
check the following web page: http://vortex.mech.surrey.ac.uk/database/cat11a.html and especially the link to Kim et al. (DNS results) All the best, Frederic Felten |

Thanks for your answer, since I still haven't got suitable data. The data I'm looking for would be performed preferably in a (closed) channel with a high L/D (>100). Data: velocity profiles and pressure gradient on several locations streamwise (it would be sufficient to have measurements only in the turbulent area). I'll check your book, but I suspect it to deal only with open channels.
