Hello,
I'm using SSIIM software to simulate the flow field in a diversion channel (where the flow is extracted from the main channel - opposite case of a confluence). I have a topography measured from a laboratory experiment, which I use as the bed in my simulations (with the topography I created the geodata file, and then the koordina file). So, I have a fixed and deformed bed (with a big cavity downstream of the diversion entrance). Some of the data sets I use in the control file are (steady computations): F 16 0.00338 grain roughness G 7 0 1 35 68 2 20 0 0 0.029 1.0 0.0 0.0 inflow area G 7 1 -1 35 68 2 20 0 0 0.023 1.0 0.0 0.0 outflow area G 7 1 2 140 152 2 20 0 0 -0.006 0.0 -1.0 0.0 side outflow area G 13 1 2 139 2 34 2 20 outblock G 13 1 153 399 2 34 2 20 outblock I also use W 4 data set to define a wall for every side of the out blocks I defined, and data sets G 6 and K 1 for a moving water surface. In the attachments, there is a figure with the grid. After thousands of iterations, my runs stop, returning, in the boogie file, the message "Error in continuity-ssimple". I've tried to figure out what causes this error, but I didn't succeed. Does anyone know what could lead to this? Thank you in advance for your attention and any help! |
