Hello,

I'm using ANSYS fluent and i've created an external fluid flow mesh. I'm trying to apply a perturbation by creating a bounded plane within my mesh.
I've managed to create the plane i need in fluent setup but i cant figure out how to make it a named selection in order for it to show up in the boundary conditions tab.

I cannot figure out how to create a bounded plane in meshing or design modeller in order to name it there.

Is this possible or do i need to create a surface or some other method.

thanks
