Dear CFD Online Members,
I am a PhD student studying the porosity found in animal bones. As a part of my research I wanted to color code the vascular canals segmented from the bone scans based on their diameter variations using a color map. I had scanned a bone at a very high resolution of around 1 µm in a Micro CT machine and segmented the vascular canals from the bone scans as shown in the attached image. I was working with AMIRA/AVIZO software from FEI and CTAN software from Bruker but I could not generate color coding using this softwares I am curious to know if any CFD Online members can suggest any software tools that allow me to color code the vascular canals based on their diameter and display the results in a color map Looking forward to any comments Thanks |
