what does negative moment means in ansys fluent?

Default what does negative moment means in ansys fluent?

I am working on savonius turbine which is a Vertical Axis Wind turbine. I have used dynamic mesh method for this. I am getting constant rpm after some iteration and moment is in cyclic variation(fig attached below). I want to know why I am getting -ve moment values ,while rotor is rotating in anticlockwise direction in the entire simulation.
