Unsteady anisotropic shear stress

Hi, I am testing turbulence model and so far all my solutions seem converge except for the anisotropic shear stress. Its value keep changing with longer iteration even though I am using steady-state solver. Is it a must to ensure that the anisotropic component of the shear stress remains unchanged?
