hi users,
I am simulating a swirl burner which has a central fuel jet and swirling air coming out of the annulus. The central fuel jet has axial velocity = 32 m/s and swirling air has axial and tangential velocity components as 32 m/s and 19 m/s respectively. I use velocity inlet boundary conditions to specify inlet boundary conditions for both fuel and air. For swirling air I use velocity specification method : components reference frame : absolute coordinate system : cylindrical ( radial, tangential, axial) radial = 0 tangential = 19 axial = 32. am I correctly specifying boundary conditions? |
