Hi,
I am working on a project where the Navier-Stokes equations is solved for different geometries and non-newtionian fluids. In this project different solvers are intended to be used. One of this solvers is Ansys Fluent (FV) and the other is Comsol(FE). The mesh have been created for Ansys Fluent (FV) and I am supossed to work with this mesh in COMSOL. I do not agree with this thing, and actually I think that it is not correct, or that is has not sense to force a FE solver to work with a FV. Am I right? or I am just being a bit idiot? If I am right how could I convey the problem of trying to compare such thing? and If I am wrong, why am I? Thanks |
