Hi,
As I know that the turbulent models or wall functions can solve the fully rough (s/deltav >>1) or fully smooth(s/deltav <<1) surfaces. Hence, to know whether my case is fully rough or fully smooth, I need to determine the ratio (s/deltav). So, how can I determine the friction lengthscale (deltav)? where "s" is the roughness "deltav" is the friction lengthscale. Issa |
