Has anyone used the SIMPLE-M (or SIMPLEM Modified) method? It is similar to Patankar's SIMPLE and SIMPLER method only does not use a pressure correction equation to correct the pressure field, it solves for the pressure directly from the pressure equation which is derived from the continuity and momentum equations. Has anyone done compressible flows with any of these methods? If you have some knowledge about these methods please contact me and we can discuss the details.
