Good day my fiends,
I am starting an academical project based on the simulation of the foaming process of Polyurethane in a rectangular plate (12 m X 1 m x 0.05 m), on OpenFoam. This involves change of phase from liquid to solid, I got experimental data about the change of density over time (given from manufacturer) and I want to try simulate different nozzle geometries and research the implication of these geometries on the final foaming. My idea, is to attack initially the solver issue with a straight nozzle by appliyng the experimental data. Maybe someone here had worked with this kind of solvers before? I have checked paper's In scientific databases, and I found some information which I'm taking for starting, anyway some clues could be helpful for me. Thanks you all a lot . |
