Default AVL: Chordwise Panel Spacing Help

Hello,

I am using AVL to compare lift coefficient calculations against a Vortex Lattice program I have written. The input AVL file is attached (you will need to change the file extension from .txt to .avl if you wish to run it).

I am looking to generate 10, equally-spaced, spanwise panels and 4, equally-spaced, chordwise panels. Spanwise looks good, however, when I follow the AVL documentation to produce this result, I get strange chordwise panel spacing (see pic below). As far as AVL lift calculations go, they are similar to what I predicted with my code, but AVL seems to be about 10% greater lift coefficients across the span.

I defined Nchord as 4, with Cspace as 0 (which should correspond to uniform chordwise spacing).

Is there a way to get the chordwise panels to be "truly" uniform like the spanwise panels are? Or is this just an AVL thing that will not affect lift calculations?

In case anyone ever comes across this post with the same question:

The purple lines represent the boundaries of the horse-shoe vortex structures, which are offset by the quarter-chord in each panel, hence the strange panel spacing. The image shown does actually use 5 equally spaced, span-wise panels and 4 equally spaced, chord-wise panels.
