Default Airfoil: sign of moment from the lifting force?

Hi, if the airfoil is fixed on the 1/4 line and the lifting force is created, then the moment from the lifting force is positive or negative (i.e. the profile will rotate clockwise or counterclockwise), give an example of some kind of profile. suppose, according to the rules of mechanics, it should reduce the angle of attack (i.e., rotate counterclockwise), what do you think?. Thanks.
