T-junction mesh in Gambit

Can somebody help me to construct a t-junction mesh like some pictures below? Can you tell me the steps? I've contact the person who constructs this mesh both via this forum and email he attached at his account information but still no reply until today. Thank you so much.

What do you think is missing from this picture? It has all the elements you need to build it. There's really nothing anyone else can add. Have you at least tried?
