Hi everybody,
Does anyone experience with Smoothed Particle Hydrodynamics (SPH)-based open-source codes, namely SPlisHSPlasH: http://www.interactive-graphics.de/index.php/downloads. I need to simulate a flow with SPH, but do not know how to get started with it. I cannot find a tutorial or simple test case. I really appreciate if someone can give me some useful tips to begin, or provide me a simple simulation with SPlisHPSPlasH so that I can imagine the general picture of code implementation. Thank you very much in advance. |

I got the same problem as yours, have you managed to get start with it? Currently, I just run the Cmake and make to build the code, and I found some example cases in the /data/scens files but how could I run them? Regards, yage |

Hi Yage,
Actually, I am stuck on modifying the codes. It would be nice if we can discuss and help each other. After running the codes, you can open a folder named 'bin', choose the solver (e.g., StaticBoundarySimulator or DynamicBoundarySimulator), and then point to one of the scenes. Regards, Cuong Bui |
