Hi
I modeled a shell and tube heat exchanger in Ansys fluent and with B.Cs of
1- Constant inlet mass flow rate of water(Mass Flow Inlet)

2-Tube temperature is constant(Wall-Temperature)

3-outlet flow is zero pressure gradient (Pressure outlet)
4- Re number of 10000,15000 & 20000
5-Turbolancy model : K-Omega SST

the outlet flow temperature is properly converged but the pressure loss results don't converge and oscillates.
I also tried to vary the mesh number from 400k to 2milion but it didn't effect.

Would you please give me suggestions to solve this problem?

I attached the geometry and one of pressure loss plots pictures.

Regards
