Hello,
I am trying to simulate high pressure Impingement mixing in a mix head and I would like to know what is the best practice in setting up this model? I have used Volume of Fluid(VOF) for multiphase model but later realized it is good for immiscible fluids to know the interface between them. I am looking for proper mixing of fluids. What would be the best method for it ? Its a three dimensional, segregated flow, k_epsilon turbulence model and I have given the densities and viscosity to each phase of fluid.
