I have a case that a high-temperature flow (at 40 °C) can be directed to a sensible stratified storage tank from the bottom part which is with a low-temperature zone of water mass at the initial condition (at 10 °C).
In order to obtain the transient temperature profile through the tank height (one-dimensional), I need to solve equations given in the below picture as Eq. 6, 7, and 8. Would any of you tell me how I can solve these equations? Or any guidance is welcome. Note: the reference of the picture is given below the picture.
