Zero-mass jets

Hi,
I try to recover Dr. Hassan's result of NACA0012 airfoil with prescribed non-zero time-dependent jet velocities at the ten points on the lower surface between x/c=0.13 and 0.23 (AIAA 98-0211). Unfortunately, the lift enhancement I got is much smaller than his (even less than a half). In particular, after 5 cycles the low end of my lift curve is below zero but his is above zero. Is there anyone who also worked on this case before and is willing to give me some helps? Thanks a lot. Lei |

(1). You are unable to repeat the previous results using jets to increase the lift. (2). I must say that it is important to get all the necessary information about the previous results and advice, such that the results can be repeated in the first place. (3). If the result is not repeatable, then it is questionable. (4). But these are not CFD questions. It simply says that you two are not getting the same answers.
