Hi All
I have just obtained a copy of the PanAir software. I was wondering if anybody could help me with the in- and output files. Can somebody tell me what software to use for pre- and postproccesing? Regards Patrick |

(1). PANAIR is an old code developed and used by Boeing (and other companies)in 80's to solved 3-D linearized potential flow equation, using panel method. It can handle both the subsonic and supersonic flows. (2). Panel codes were commonly used in aircrafts industries before mid 80's. I guess you need to build a 3-D panel model of a wing or aircraft first. (3). You can try to contact Boeing people to see whether they are still using the code and get more information. good luck.
