Default Guidance for calculation on cylinder vibration in crosswind with CFD

I am interested in the wind engineering study,and want to get help on how to deal with this problem through CFD,i.e. the cylinder vibrates in crosswind,the motion maybe sinusoidal vibration, use FDM and multigrid method.thank you.
