The helmet was just an example, and yes the head can move a lot! I am interested in time-trial applications so think more about "aerodynamic" helmets. A static solution if accurate enough to detect the change between two different helmets (about 0.005 change in CdA) would be a good start.
Optimizing the shape bicycle shoes is another example and would be more complex to solve... |

I struggle to define vertices adapted to my .stl file in blockMeshDict...
Bounds of my object are: x range: -0.494534 to 0.498245 (delta: 0.99278) y range: 0.996753 to 1.76781 (delta: 0.771054) z range: -1.34513 to -0.209654 (delta: 1.13548) How should I define the vertices in blockMeshDict given this? |
