Can FVM be applied to stream vorticity equations to solve lid driven cavity?

Yes, just integrate the vorticity equation over a FV and use Gauss. The same for the stream-function equation

Can you please give me the steps of integration.The convective term contains derivatives of both stream function and vorticity ,difficulty is how to integrate this.

This is a false problem, just rewrite the derivatives of the stream function in terms of the velocity components
