Hello everyone,

I'm interested in simulating water discharge pipe inside a lake. But I have some problem, the lake water has a certain density gradient profile. How to model the density gradient profile?

The density gradient profile cannot be ignored because I want to evaluate the effects of water discharge to the density gradient profile.

Do you have access to research journals? I think you could find some approaches by looking for stratified flows. I have a sneaking feeling that you'll find a very similar simulation somewhere.
