Fluent has a branch in Pune, maharastra, India.

check their web-page for any aerodesign related tips.

Alternatively, Indian Institute of Science , Bangalore, has a world famous aeronautics department where you may walk in to discuss some of your design related plans. I am sure that apart from developing their own codes (Like.. BHEEMA, etc..) they may be having Fluent with them too. ..and they might have actually done some 'design' with it. (I am not sure)

Good Luck to you.
