Default Fortran or Matlab codes for reading airfoil data

Dear friends,
I need a code (fortran or matlab) for reading the data of an airfoil (naca series 4 and 6 and supercritical airfoil) and gives drag and lift coefficients. Any codes? Reference? Book?
