Hi everyone!
I am currently researching a CFD software in order to do buildings analysis in 3D (thermal comfort, air movements, temperature gradients in rooms, ... in function of the types of material used, types of heat emission, ...) This is a list of softwares that I already found: - OpenFoam - Autodesk CFD - Flow 3D - Fluent - DesignBuilder - StarCCM+ - Phoenics - Flovent - SCstream - XFlow - Virtual Environment However, I don't know the physical caracteristics (rugosity, emissivity, ...) that i need to enter in those types of softwares (especially for walls, floors, ceilings, ...) and I don't have them in mind. I couldn't find informations about this in many hours of research, so that's why I'm writing here. If anyone has already used one of those softwares for building modelings, can you tell me if they have a big and complete joined library where I can find all the values of the different materials that I need to enter. For exemple for indoor plasters, wood, tile, convectors, ... And if someone can tell me if there are softwares in this list that are more appropriate for building modelings than others, this would help me a lot! Thanks! |
