I would like to know can we actually ignore radiation in a natural convection case?

Compare the magnitudes of the heat transfer coefficients due to radiation and natural convection, which one is dominate?

Ok noted, so the bigger its coefficient, the more dominate it is... Thanks!

This is a basic concept taught in fluids and heat transfer courses. You really should understand why this is before you utilize it.
