(1). The mechanical engineering handbooks,I guess. or the websites of the PVC piping manufactures.

yeah you should be able to find roughness values for pvc in handbooks in your library. i see you go to univ of michigan i'm certain your library will have lots of handbooks where you can find the data. also try asking your fluids professor. hope you don't mind a penn state guy giving you advice. go big blue!
