I am starting with CFD and I came across dynamic alaysis and static analysis what is the difference between them and how can perform dynamic analysis in a CFD software like ansys?

My guess is that you are referring to steady-state vs unsteady flow. The difference here being one varies with time while the other does not. If you are doing an unsteady (dynamic) analysis you will need an unsteady solver. If you are doing a steady-state analysis (static) you will need a steady solver.

If you are using ANSYS, post your topic in the ANSYS forum and you should get some helpful responses on how to setup your model appropriately.
