Hello all,
I need to set up a membrane configuration as shown in Fig 1. I built this configuration in ICEM. Then I want to generate the surface mesh for this configuration, since ICEM CFX could not output the 2D mesh information, I need to export the geometry from ICEM and then import it into COMSOL. However, after importing into COMSOL in iges format, the configuration changes as Fig 2 presents (the top parts missing strangely). Fig1.jpg Fig2.jpg The object is to generate the Tri surface mesh for this configuration in Fig 1 and get the node coordinates and connectivity as well. Do you guys have any ideas or experience to achieve this? (Maybe some other software?) Thanks a lot. |
