Hallo.

For an outlet boundary condition, do I have to add the massflow to the central coefficient of the matrix? I thought, the velocity is taken from the upstream node so i have to add it. But my solver runs better without ?!?

I'm only talking about the convective term. I know, that there are also diffusive terms but they are not part of this question.

Thank you and please just answer, if you're quite sure about your answer.

Jan.
