Hi,

I am a new user to Ansys and needed some help on how to create an air domain outside a pipe whose one end is dispersing supercritical CO2.

This is what I did initially. I created a pipe first and then created a frozen around that in such a way that one face of the pipe matches with one of the faces of the frozen surface. I then applied Boolean operation to subtract one solid from the other retaining both the solids. After meshing and importing that in Ansys Fluent, it shows to me that the dispersing end of the pipe is an interface and cannot assign 'mass flow rate' BC to that end. Then I changed it to Fluid in my design mode. But still doesn't help. It now says unassigned interface zones found, flow not initialized.

I have attached a sample figure.
