Unsteady - Multiphase flow - No Vortex Shedding

Hello Everyone,
I am simulating a multiphase flow over a 2D circular cylinder. I am using mixture model. The flow is unsteady with Re = 100. But, I am not observing vortex shedding. Please help me understand this issue. Thanks in advance.
