Which CFD package suitable for beginner to simulate fluid flow from a cpu fan

Hi guys, currently I'm doing a project. I wish to simulate the fluid flow from a electronic cooling fan to surrounding. The result i wish to get is able to determine whether the fan/aerodynamics of the fan improve the cooling rate.
