udf file editing

hi
im doin a rotary vane pump problem and i have a the udf file tht fluent has given..wht are the changes that i have to make in tht udf file for my new problem..that is if im going for another typical problem what are the changes that i have to make as im facing problem to read the UDF and i dont know to make a new UDF file.if anyone could help me in this it would be useful.thanks hari |

see do u have the pdf for this file..this udf files are for rotary vanepump problem whch will work for both 2d and 3d...actually there are some geomtery constraints tht they have given whch we have to follow and change the input.txt file according to ur problem.then this udf will work..please try it and let me knw the eror mesage u get(if u get so)..will help u later..try using this for variable as well..lets c whetr it works.. regards hari
